Nothing beats a bowl of sweet, smooth Gelato—well, except maybe a cone of it. When we can’t make it to one of our favorite ice cream parlors, we become big fans of restaurants who have home-made Gelato in their dessert menus. While some Miami chefs realize how hard it is to achieve the best, most consistently creamy results—without an icy or granular texture— most of them still try to produce Gelato in-house. That is very challenging.
We always recommend to our chef friends a few important reasons why their restaurant would always benefit by purchasing Gelato from a third party vendor. Check out what top chefs say about us in this video
Gelato-go started its B2B division – called Gelato-go Restaurant solutions – with two customers at the beginning of 2014. In a nondescript building on the Westside of Atlanta, Giovanni Di Palma built his pizzeria from scraps and stones. Within weeks of opening Antico Pizza Napoletana, lines of locals, visitors and celebrities formed around the block. Antico is now a name synonymous with pizza greatness in Atlanta and recently opened its doors in South Beach: the Pizza/Gelato combination is simply amazing.
The Le Macaron French Pastries’ macaron shop menu includes colorful confections available in 20 flavors. At around just 80 calories each and made with no gluten containing ingredients, these sweet treats are also great for sharing with friends and family and offering as a gift for any occasion. Gelato-go is helping Le Macaron to offer a fresh, creamy artisan Gelato with French flavors variety such as Lavander and Creme Brule.
Sugar Factory is known the world over for its celebrity-endorsed Couture Pops, which have turned sweets into the latest designer accessory. They have locations in some of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities, including Las Vegas, New York City, Bahrain, Chicago, Dubai, Orlando, Manila and Miami. That’s where the Gelato magic happens so that Sugar Factory can offer amazing candies and 24 different flavors of Italian Artisan Gelato.
Bazille is a full-service restaurant inside Nordstrom with a casually sophisticated atmosphere features bistro cuisine and a full bar. You can enjoy fresh salads, specialty entrées, signature cocktails, a wine list and desserts, such as Passion Fruit Gelato by Gelato-go.
And finally, The Ritz Carlton. Every second Saturday of the month you can taste the amazing Gelati at the Fort Lauderdale location during the Farmers market.
